What It Does
- Runs rule-based transaction automation in n8n for stage changes, deadlines, and operational handoffs.
- Creates and manages task workflows from templates and trigger rules tied to real transaction events.
- Automates email drafting, queueing, review, scheduling, sending, and open tracking.
- Routes and files transaction documents through structured intake and filing pipelines.
- Provides an AI Real Estate Assistant (REA V2) with orchestration, tool execution, and messaging gateway components.
Current Production Status
- 53 active n8n workflows in production.
- 67 trigger rules, 24 task templates, and 59 template task definitions.
- Email queue automation live with review and scheduling controls.
- Document filing automation active with high-volume processed records.
- REA V2 stack deployed (Orchestrator, Tool Runner, Telegram Gateway).
