This property has two access points, one access is off Wyoming Dr.,and the other access is off Overview Dr. The Overview access was just updated last year and runs almost the length of the lot. Gas and Electric are off Wyoming Dr and Overview Dr, with electric running the entire length of almost two sides of the property. The Wyoming side is marshy. To try and mitigate I bought drainage rights from the neighbor, installed a culvert and drainage ditches. There is much more to tell about this property but I only have so much room.
