Property has two different structures. The main house has a lot of potential for an additional bedroom but does need some work (see disclosure). The heat source in the house is a wood stove as well as a Toyo. The main level is the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and access to an unfinished area currently used as storage. The upstairs has a large master bedroom and small guest bedroom. The cabin is newer and in very nice shape. The front porch is perfect for relaxing on the peaceful wooded lot. The interior is an open layout with two beds, a dining area and a bathroom with a stand up shower. The cabin does have water and electric. The cabin does not have a permanent heat source hooked up but there is a Toyo in the cabin (not sure about function) that is not hooked to a fuel source. Currently the cabin is only used in the summer for nightly rentals with use of a decorative electrical heater. In the winter, the cabin heat has been set to low and it has not been lived in. This property may have challenges getting bank financing and the owner is unable to do much work himself to get the house financeable. Cash offers are preferred. No owner financing.
