Cabin is 12X16 two story. There is plenty of room to stand up upstairs, the north wall is too short to walk up to. Foundation is 6X6 treated pilings. Soils are Rock/gravelly sand that is solid and dry. No seepage at all was seen digging out the foundation or outhouse. All the 1/4 inch plywood and insulation is onsite for finishing the interior. There is also everything you need for a simple electrical system with 3 or 4 outlets per floor, exterior light, and breaker box. There is a propane wall heater with flue onsite as well. The property is level at the south end and slopes towards the lake. It is an excellent sledding hill. If you drop down the hill you can be at the lake in just a couple of minutes. This location is quiet and is not a busy area.
