Viewing/Walking/Accessing the Available Lots for Sale: Access is located via the Common Access on the Glenn Hwy. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THE PRIVATELY OWNED LAND - LOT 2 AND 4 (BLUE HOUSE AND CABIN). How to Get here: Drive north on Glenn Hwy, past the Palmer Fishook Rd turn, and then continue past the scenic pullout overlooking the Matanuska River. Approximately 0.3 miles past the scenic pullout you will see a large paved driveway apron on the river side of the road. This is the Common Access leading to Lot 5. Pull off on the common access and turn right and past the blue cabin. Drive down the small hill to the bottom and park there. A Flagged Walking Trail: There is a trail that is flagged with PINK (with some sporadic old green) survey tape from the designated parking area leading through the woods to bluff. Once at the bluff, the trail is flagged both north and south. Lot 5: Follow the PINK flagging north to see the potential house sites of Lots 5. Continue north (upriver) on the bluff trail to the start of the private trail to the river. Lot 6: Follow the flagging to the south (toward Palmer) to see Lot 6. There is also a PINK (with some sporadic old green) survey tape flagging a trail that leads to the where Lot 6 potential driveway is accessed from the road (at the road it is right by the green DOT sign and is roughed in). There is a flagged loop trail around Gov't Lot B002. Potential Best House sites: The wide YELLOW flagging indicates the best view house sites (also indicated in yellow on the topographic plat picture below) for Lots 5 and 6. Lot Lines: Lot lines are marked with ORANGE flagging. The lot lines at the bluff: look for double flagged trees and metal and wood posts.
