Listing Agent Disclosure, It appears there may be a freeze up issue upstairs and throughout. Upstairs toilet tank is cracked and toilet leaked in to lower level. The side entry roof is sagging and it may be structural. There are many parts of the exterior that have not been finished and they are exposed to the weather.
