The massive space next to the garage could be converted to bedrooms (or use it as a huge bedroom), an in-law suite, media room, game room or used as the owners did-a workshop. This home has a 4-bedroom rated septic system (as rated when constructed) BUT currently there are two bedrooms in the home and a library with room for additional bedrooms in the shop/bonus room. The large room near the hot tub was used as a garden room and that is where the homeowners started and cultivated the plantings in the yard and for the home.
